This course is designed for dentists and staff who may be called upon to perform CPR inside or outside of a clinical setting.  Students taking this course will learn single-rescuer and team basic life support skills with a focus on high-quality CPR, how to use an AED, and maneuvers to relieve choking for all ages. The class will also include additional assessment techniques, the use of a bag-valve-mask (BVM) for respirations and supplemental oxygen. This class culminates in certification through the National Safety Council.
