Prior-Registration is mandatory. 

Payment for guest should be submitted at the time of registration.

This event is open to spouses, friends, colleagues, staffs, students, residents, and non-members. 

Cancellation Policy - If your cancellation is at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance, we will not be able to issue a refund.
