Tobi Bosede the founder and CEO of DentalFynd, an AI payment platform that enables dentists to fill chairs and avoid no shows. She is also President of People of Color in Dental, a nonprofit professional association that empowers racial minorities to thrive in their dental careers alongside allies through education and relationship building. She is highly sought out, speaking on podcasts and at industry conferences including Dental Nachos’ Talking Nachos, Becker’s Dental & DSO Review, and the Dental Economist. She has an AI and software engineering background, having built billion-dollar systems for corporations, which she has translated to dentistry to connect dentists directly to patients. She has her bachelor’s from the University of Pennsylvania, her master’s from Johns Hopkins, and business training from the Wharton School. 

Course description 

In an era of inflation, post-COVID recovery, staffing shortages, rising supply costs, and stagnant PPO reimbursement rates, dental practice owners face increasing pressure to deliver high-quality care while maintaining profitability. This course explores how technology-enabled strategies can help practice not only survive, but thrive—by improving patient access and experience, reducing operational friction, and growing a sustainable fee-for-service patient base. Attendees will learn how to leverage modern marketing, subscription-based membership plans, practice automation tools, staffing innovations, and emerging care models such as tele dentistry to optimize both patient outcomes and business performance.
