Analia Veitz-Keenan, DDS, FPA, FACD, FAGD, holds the position of Clinical Professor in the Department of Oral Maxillofacial Pathology, Radiology, and Medicine at NYU College of Dentistry and teaches Clinical Epidemiology and Evidence-Based Practice for the Epidemiology and Health Promotion Department. She completed her training in Evidence-based Practice at McMaster University in Canada, at the Center for Evidence-Based Dentistry in Oxford, UK, and the American Dental Association. She shares her expertise as a clinician with the ADA, the Evidence-Based Dentistry Journal, the Journal of Evidence Dental Practice, and the Cochrane Collaboration.

She received the 2019 ADA/AADR Evidence-based Dentistry (EBD) Accomplished Faculty Award, which is presented to educators and clinicians who have made significant contributions and leadership to implementing and advancing evidence-based dentistry and continues her leadership as she was asked to serve two times as president of the Evidence-Based Dentistry Network at the International Association of Dental Research. She also served as president of the Evidence-Based Dentistry Special Interest Group at the American Dental Educators Association and the Evidence-Based Dentistry Network at the International Association for Dental Research. Dr. Veitz-Keenan presented her findings of AI applications in Dentistry for education and practice at the 2024 American Dental Educators Meetings. Dr. Veitz-Keenan's commitment to the field of dentistry is evident in her active membership in key organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Dental Educators Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Analia is the 2024-25 President of the New York State Academy of General Dentistry.
