AGD Fellowship and General Dentistry Review 2020 Date: Tuesday, September 8, 2020 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm 2 MCE Credit Hours About the Speaker: Dr. Larry Williams graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1982. He recently retired from 30 years of Service in the United States Navy Dental Corps where highlights of his Navy career included serving as Navy Region Midwest Public Health Emergency Officer, development of the National Action Plan for Tobacco Cessation, and creation of the Affordable Care Act’s National Prevention Strategy. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine- Illinois. He is a member of the ADA, AGD, and holds board certified status in the American Board of General Dentistry. Course Objective "The Infection Control and COVID-19 presentations" A review of the current OSHA blood-borne pathogen guidelines for your dental practice (Is Your Practice Safe?) and the new updates from the CDC, OSHA, and the ADA regarding new updates for aerosol infection control (Is Your Practice Ready?).
