Presentation by Dr. James Lichon

 

Dr. James Lichon is a Dentist.  He is also a pharmacist and is nationally certified in lipid (cholesterol) management.  He is a heart attach and open-heart surgery survivor who is passionate about helping people live healthier lives.

Using analogies from his personal and professional experience, Dr. Lichon communicates complex ideas about cardiovascular disease in language that any audience will understand.  Dr Lichon speaks with equal parts motivation and education, interspersing facts with humor, while promoting lifestyle changes that will contribute to better heart health.

  • The difference between “good and “bad” cholesterol
  • Coronary heart disease
  • The impact of diabetes in heart health
